How can I renew my books?
You can renew your books online through My Account or call the library (513-233-6136) during regular hours and ask a staff member to renew them for you.
TopIs there a copier in the library?
Yes, there is a public copier on the basement level. Copies are 10 cents per page.
TopIs food or drink allowed in the library?
No food is allowed in the library. Drinks are permitted if they are in a lidded container.
TopCan I edit my class paper in the library?
No, our public computers do not have word processing software for public use.
TopCan I print from and/or use my flash drive on the library computers?
Yes, the public computers have USB drives through which you can access and print your files. Printing cost is 10 cents per page.
TopHow do I know whether my OhioLINK book arrived yet?
You will receive an email notice when your book is available for pick-up at the service desk. You can check the status of your request online through My Account.
TopHow can I look up a book in the catalog?
Basic instructions on using the catalog are found in the Library Handbook. There are also online tutorials that demonstrate the steps in searching the catalog. If you need assistance, please call or ask at the service desk.
TopHow do I format my bibliography?
Style sheets with explanations and examples of bibliographic entries can be found on the Citation Style Sheets page.
TopWhere do I pick up materials on reserve for my class?
All class reserve materials are held at the library service desk.
TopHow do I find my online class page?
Click the Students link in the top navigation menu. A new navigation bar will appear. Click on Class Pages on the new bar. Your instructor will provide you with the password needed to access the materials on your class page.
TopCan I check out books if I'm not a student?
Guest patron cards are available to anyone who has an active card from a SWON member library (including the Public Library of Cincinnati and Hamilton County). Library privileges are also extended to Bishop Fenwick Society members and other Archdiocesan parish members upon request. Please see a library staff member if you are interested in a guest card.
