Profile 

Rev. Peter Langenkamp, a priest of the Archdiocese of Cincinnati, was ordained in 2017 by Archbishop Dennis M. Schnurr. In 2023, he received a licentiate in Sacred Scripture (summa cum laude) from the Pontifical Biblical Institute in Rome with the dissertation entitled “The Portrayal of Joseph and the Origins of Jesus in Mt 1-2.” He also holds master’s degrees in divinity and biblical studies from the Athenaeum of Ohio. Currently Fr. Langenkamp is pursuing a doctoral degree in Sacred Scripture from the Pontifical Biblical Institute with research regarding the Syriac Peshitta.

Fr. Langenkamp serves the Seminary as an instructor of biblical studies and languages. In addition, he serves as Dean of Men, promoting the well-being and quality of life of the seminarians.
