Mount St. Mary’s Seminary and School of Theology (MTSM) is the center for ecclesial formation sponsored by the Archdiocese of Cincinnati. Mount St. Mary’s Seminary & School of Theology is seeking experienced applicants for the position of Database Manager. Reporting to the Vice President of Development and Relations, this position will manage information, perform data analysis and assist the Advancement Offices is levelling up its data and automation. This integral position is responsible for the organization’s alumni and donor CRM and oversees data quality and integrity, constituent records, gift entry, data analysis and other donor support functions.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the Seminary’s database of alumni and friends
  • Supervise gift processing including entering gifts and the acknowledgement process
  • Manage the Seminary’s Matching Gift Program
  • Reconcile with the Finance Department to ensure accuracy of donor records
  • Prepare lists and reports quickly and accurately
  • Provide data analysis and implement programs and processes to assist in levelling up Development program
  • Serve as the liaison between the Advancement Office and software vendors
  • Other duties as assigned including attendance at special events and other team projects

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required along with 2-5 years of related experience; prior CRM experience required; previous Raiser’s Edge NXT experience preferred
  • Detail oriented with excellent communication and computer skills; experience with web forms and project management software a plus
  • Commitment to the mission and message of the Catholic Church
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Mount St. Mary’s Seminary & School of Theology is seeking applicants for the position of Housekeeper. Reporting to the Director of Maintenance, this position will provide housekeeping and custodial services to resident priests, guests rooms offices and various areas within the buildings.

Classification: Hourly, non-exempt
Working Hours: Monday thru Friday, 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Responsibilities

  • Cleaning of resident priest apartments
  • Cleaning of assigned classrooms, meeting rooms, guest rooms, assigned restrooms, library, Chapel, Sacristies and related areas
  • Laundry of resident priests, guest rooms, student sheets and pillow cases
  • Laundry and pressing as needed from the kitchen
  • Laundry and pressing of albs and liturgical linens
  • Window cleaning

Qualifications

  • Must have ability to work independently.
  • Must have the ability to present a pleasant, welcoming manner.
  • Must have knowledge of cleaning and laundering.
  • Must be trustworthy and honest.
  • Must have the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Must be able to take initiative to do what needs to be done.
  • Must have the ability to safely work with cleaning chemicals and laundering supplies and equipment.
